TMC2130 StealthChop Standalone mode

I have TMC2130 installed on my X and Y in StealthChop Standalone mode according to this thread:

My question are:
1) This is 16 microsteps interpolated to 256, right?
2) Do the settings in configuration_adv.h apply in Standalone mode?
R_SENSE, HOLD_MULTIPLIER, INTERPOLATE, X_CURRENT, X_MICROSTEPS
Or are they only used in SPI mode?
3) Does HYBRID_THRESHOLD in configuration_adv.h also apply in Standalone mode or only if SPI is enabled?

The configuarion_adv.h file says:
"* To use TMC2130 stepper drivers in SPI mode connect your SPI2130 pins to
* the hardware SPI interface on your board and define the required CS pins
* in your `pins_MYBOARD.h` file. (e.g., RAMPS 1.4 uses AUX3 pins `X_CS_PIN 53`, `Y_CS_PIN 49`, etc.).

But it doesn't say whether the setting I mentioned above are only used in SPI mode.

Nope, only in SPI.
