TriGorilla & TMC2130 in Standalone StealthChop Mode?

Post by DaHaiZhu » Tue Mar 06, 2018 7:33 am

The TriGorilla doesn't have jumpers for MS1, 2 & 3. And I'm trying to put some spare TMC2130s in X Y & Z for Standalone SteathChop Mode.
I've cut SDI pins off all the boards, but the problem is they turn the wrong way!
And this is a Delta Printer.
I've tried setting INVERT_X_DIR Y and Z and that only makes the motors buzz loudly and not move
I've also tried reversing the wires from Black Green Red Blue to Blue Red Green Black, but that just makes the buzz loudly as well.
What an I missing??
Thanks!

Nevermind. Found the solution in another forum: Cut SDI, CS and SCK pins.

why by 2130 and run them in standalone mode???

I have my own notes on how to have them controlled via SPI....https://www.thingiverse.com/asset:71049
