Checked that, everything is tight... Executed another PID tuning, got again another set of values, now the "jitter" seems to be much less.
As for the drivers, I was getting prewarnings and shutdowns at 650mA (12V). Good heatsinks and a Noctua fan solved that. They no longer complain.
It's a Tevo Tornado, with 24V, so the fan options are limited. Trying to find a calm but powerful 24V 40mm fan is not that easy...

Just a simple buck converter to step down 24V to 12V for stuff like fans LEDS and stuff like that might make it easier

oncerning Thermal OT issues on the Fysetc and BQ 2130 it's due to their board design compared to the watterott one they are missing the thermal break through like shown on the Picture the 4x5 holes in the middle of the pcb where the heatsink is to be mounted. That's why for the chinese 2130 it's really recommended to add an active cooling for them
