BenchyBoat: Before/After - adjusted infill and speed

Post by Rob » Thu Aug 23, 2018 2:05 pm

Image

The first print was at 30mm/s and 20% infill, 200c.

The second was at 25mm/s and 40% infill, 190c.

Should I continue to reduce speed and increase the infill, or is there something else that could be causing this?

The travel speed is at 50mm/s, could this be doing something as it moves from pillar to pillar?

Thanks!

Hi Rob,

Try another filament. I've found that the quality & age of the plastic may have a big impact. Note: age may not be reflected in how long you've had it!
