Hi,
I'm trying to print PETG (eSun) on my Dolly using 245C/60C - Towards the end of the print it seems the filament starts curling up when working on the rectangular columns (ref Fusion 360 view) - Does anyone know why this is happening?
btw/ I upgraded the hotend to a E3D All-metal v6 HotEnd (the cheap China version broke) and upgraded the motor drivers to TMC2130 drivers.
Dolly: Problems printing PETG
Re: Dolly: Problems printing PETG
I'm just looking more carefully at the printed part and it looks the hotend is smashed into the part - maybe a Slir3r problem??
Re: Dolly: Problems printing PETG
how much infill do you use.
Re: Dolly: Problems printing PETG
Slow down the print by requiring a minimum layer time?
Re: Dolly: Problems printing PETG
I use 20% infill
Re: Dolly: Problems printing PETG
I found the problem - the TMC2130 driver of the Z-Axis was bad - I replaced it with initial A4988 driver and now it prints fine.
