Endless problems on endless numbers of printers.

Does anyone know how to fix these issues, pictures bellow, zmorph and prusa i3 mk2

The horrors continue, blue filament = prusa
black = printrbot metal plus
red = zmorph

I think you may be seeing at least three different issues:

The light blue first layer appears to be too close to the bed. Raise your z-offset just a little bit.
The orange/red may be too high a temp.
The black looks like it has a loose belt/lead screw in one axis (x or y)

The Prusa if i increase the z height every other print fails.
The zmorph it running a temp calibration print.
The Printrbot Metal Plus is running a test print after tightening the belts

The Printrbot now works fine.
The zmorph is better but is still very stringy at 185c with the fans on.

Zmorph: increase retraction
Prusa: make sure the printer is properly trammed. Also, if prints are failing with slightly raised z-offset, time to prep the bed with glue stick or some other material.

Hang in there, we'll get it.

Also Im having usb issues on a lulzbot mini, it keeps disconnecting mid print.

Wait week and il have another huge pile of issues, it happens a lot when you have to maintain 11 printers.
