Don't know much about these printers but at first glance it looks like the rod on the opposite side of the problem side is longer than the other two..

abouth the bumps; looks like the printer is making infill but is oozing after hopping to next infillpoint, try printing with more shell thickness making infill unnecesary; if bumps dissapear---> look at lowering z-hop and/or retraction settings (and all other speeds, and nozzle temperature.... look ...

In tom's video about steppermotors he had special z motors without bounce in the spindles.
can you check te z motors to see if you can get movement in that direction?

The printer on your workbench on the right of the one youre building is bigger, but what's the type?

than, to say it gently.. you are F#ct..

the only option with simplify3d is to do a feature request to make an extra infill layer for small nozzle that covers the unfilled parts left by the big infill.( total infill - big infill = small infill... simple enough id say :lol: )
and hope for the best..

Imho the only way to make this work is to not design tight spots in the first place.. you should adapt your designs keeping in mind a minimal width of the construction. Minimal width is 4 perimiter lines beeing 1.6mm; bigger makes unfilled space.. Next usable width should be equal to 4 perimiter lin...
