Overprice filament for mostly PLA plastic with hopeless performance and they dare send you to test?

Look like underextrusion+jam to me.
Maybe try to tight the extruder idle arm tension more.

Re: SoMars 3D Printer

CR-10 weakness is the heated bed which slow to get to polycarbonate bed temp. Also I think the hotend is not all metal but a PTFE liner one which limit print temp to about 250C (PC need higher than that) http://i.imgur.com/ULqbEI8.jpg If you have some basic about 3D printer component and have friend...

Re: My Zmorph thermistors have stoped working

Well, I ask about 2 set of yellow wires you connect to the bottom printrboard from last post.
Anyway you either contact Zmorph to fix or change the board or you find other board that can take 24V.

or use printrboard with a bunch of external MOSFET to control anything that need 24V.

Re: My Zmorph thermistors have stoped working

Well, unless printrboard can use 24V you can't use that board on this printer.
**Check first if it can take 24V.**

Those yellow wire is your new thermistors? Where did you get them from?

Re: My Zmorph thermistors have stoped working

Did you wire the printrboard with 24V?(I see you connect cable from ATX power supply so I assume you use 12V) The reason that board can't get to print temp probably because you use 12V on it and Zmorph is using 24V by default so hotend heater have higher resistance than 12V heater. I think printrboa...
