Maybe do a reverse bowden tube, run it from extruder to the front of filament spool. Add a fix point for bowden coupler.

Can you show the pic of how the filament travel from spool into the extruder?
I used to use Bowden setup but didn't have that kind of problem.

The problem is that you want the servo to rotate differently for each 3 extruders so simple tool change Gcode on most slicers might not be suffice.
Unless it's alway change in 1 2 3 orders or re design it to use in different way.
Then again I just a noob so there might be a way.

I design my own suppressor for my airsoft gun that help lower the noise so I can shoot target practice without attract too much attention from neighbor. Nylon should be fine i think, brake fluid seem to be glycol ether or mineral oil based so it should work.
Also try to buy natural color, less addictive to worry about.
