Hi

There are two ways to fix this, first is the stepper motor covers you can download and print from Thingiverse.com.
Second, are stepper motor dampers. They can be had on Aliexpress, ebay etc for $US6 +

THere are a couple of stepper motor types e.g. NEMA 17, NEMA 23 etc., so make sure you know what type your printer uses.

Putting your printer on a rubber pad (or add feet to the printer) will help reduce vibrations that transmit to other surfaces. I would strongly recommend NOT covering the motors as they do generate heat and should remain exposed to the air. Keep in mind that while the motors generate the noise, it is the drivers that actually cause it. It may be worth investigating the use of TCM 2130's.
